IMANI acts as a specialized supplier and distributor partnering with international scientific and medical manufacturers. Because of this, **products on our online shop may occasionally be out of stock, discontinued, or subject to sudden manufacturer delays**.
Placing an order online does not guarantee immediate availability. All orders are subject to final stock verification and supplier confirmation. If an ordered item is out of stock, our sales team will notify you immediately to offer:
- A replacement or alternative product of equivalent quality and specification.
- A priority sourcing option (import lead times apply).
- A full refund of any payment cleared for that specific out-of-stock item.
2. Sourcing & SADC Import Lead Times
Custom orders, specialized laboratory machinery, and out-of-stock items sourced from overseas partners carry dynamic lead times (typically 3 to 8 weeks).

3. Pricing, Invoices, & Exchange Rates
All prices quoted on this site are in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Because scientific equipment is sourced globally, pricing is highly sensitive to international currency exchange rates, import duties, and global shipping rates.

- Written quotations issued by our sales team are valid strictly for the duration specified on the quote (typically 14 to 30 days) to protect against currency fluctuations.
4. Order Confirmations & Payments
No order will be processed, dispatched, or imported from international manufacturers until:
- An official Purchase Order (PO) is received from registered institutions, OR
- Full payment (or the agreed deposit percentage) has been cleared in IMANI’s bank account.
5. Limitation of Liability
IMANI supplies highly technical laboratory instruments, chemical reagents, and medical machinery. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring correct handling, installation, safety protocols, and certified operator training.
Liability Exclusion: IMANI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of research data, failed laboratory experiments, medical diagnosis errors, business interruptions, or project delays—resulting from the supply, usage, or delayed delivery of our products.
6. Intellectual Property
All website materials (logos, layout, text, graphics, and select product photography) are the intellectual property of IMANI or our licensing manufacturing partners. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.
